The Spider Game

We discuss the process of designing and of the following realization of our computer game Spider. We talk about the means that the game design uses to accomplish the goals that we have set for the game. We discuss the game's implementation architecture that uses the OGRE library to render the 3D scene, the Awesomium and NaviLibrary libraries to render the 2D user interface that is described in HTML and the Lua library for scripting purposes. We show the technical solution that we have used to extend the Lua library, so that the scripts can start their execution automatically based on the events in the game world, and so that the scripts can pause their execution on demand.

System of natural trails around Kozákov in the Czech Paradise

This thesis deals with creation of nature trails around Kozákov in the Czech Paradise. The submitter of this work is Geopark Bohemian Paradise, which is part of a global network of Global geoparks network of UNESCO. They were carried out geological studies in the area of interest with the participation of leading Czech experts over recent years (Rapprich et al. 2007), which came up with surprising results. Content of this thesis was to get a photographic material in the Bohemian Paradise area, plan a route through the attractive sides and the research literature, especially. This thesis does not in the coming years in connection with recent studies provide accurate data.
