The bachelor thesis is focused on the process improvement of production in a selected manufacturing company. First part contains theoretical background and overview of tools that can improve production processes. The analytical part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the production of the worktop with the operations connected to it. The final part proposes changes in the field of production planning and budget making.

Návrh konstrukčního řešení lehátka a multifunkční lavice z řady exterierového mobiliáře pro lázeňská a sportovní zařízení podle zadaných návrhů a požadavků

The diploma thesis describes the construction design of a lounger and a multifunctional bench made according to the requirements of Cetecho s.r.o. and the architect Ing. arch. F. Wicherk. The carrier construction of the lounger and the bench is created from stainless steel sheathed with artificial stone. The construction design also consists of wooden base made from teak timber and additional upholstery. The construction design is based on the knowledge gained from studying the issue of stainless steel materials, artificial stone and their methods of joining, cutting and machining. The construction design is submited in the form of construction drawings, bills of material and economic balance in the level of direct material costs. The construction design is made in accordance with ČSN 91 0100.
