Legal form of social service providers.

This Bachelor Thesis describes different legal forms of social service providers. The main goal of the thesis is to analyse various legal forms of the social service providers in relation to the service they provide, their founder and the place where they provide the service. The Thesis is divided into two main parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains four main chapters. The first chapter explains the term social service, its sub-chapters describe the forms of the social service. The second chapter describes the social services' founders and names them. Its sub-chapters summarize facts from the legal point of view and inform the reader, who is legal person, natural person or the Ministry of Labour and Social affairs and informs about their competence. The third part contains the goal of this thesis, research questions and used methodology. The practical part defines the objectives and research questions and the technique of data collection. Quantification of information using the questionnaire was used to meet the targets. There were 10 questionnaires created in total for the research part of the thesis, and they were used during the interviews at the social service providers.
