Valuation of machinery and equipment is very demanding and responsible action that puts the high degree of expert knowledge and awareness. Valuation of the enterprise as a whole is a complex measurement process, which includes the valuation of assets and liabilities. Assets are assets and liabilities express enterprise resource coverage of this property. Assets are further divided into fixed assets and current assets. Liabilities distinguished as its own funding sources and foreign sources of funding. Between the permanent (sometimes tangible) assets include - among others - machinery, equipment, technological units, etc. Valuation of assets of the business requires considerable knowledge of technical disciplines. The doctrines of corporate accounting, there are quite independent ideas about valuation of tangible assets.
