Importance of practical activities for the development of children with mental disabilities

Thesis is aimed at pupils with mental disabilities and defects in the process of combined teaching in the period of the last year of schooling. It deals with the importance of the work activities for their development and application in the company. The goal was the most efficient way for students to operate in the extended project work activities in school and in his spare time, in active cooperation, families and teachers of extracurricular.
Importance of Probiotics in the Diet of Pupils in the Second Stage of Basic Education

Positive effect of probiotics consumption on human health was discovered at the beginning of the last century. A number of scientific studies continuously test and clarify this effect to discover more types of probiotic microorganisms and thereby bring new probiotic food and food supplements to the market. The question is, if increasing public awareness and interest corresponds with recent tendency. This study includes theoretical background of the probiotics issue, biological basis, history and technology of probiotics microorganism and discussion of positive effects on consumer's health. The other aim of the study is to find out what knowledge has secondary school students about probiotics and also what role plays probiotics in their lives. Prevention of obesity as a part of the primary school children's health support

The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the components of a healthy lifestyle, child nutrition, nutritional habits of early school-age children, causes of obesity, its prevention and treatment and on the area of health education in the curriculum of a school. The practical part includes the analysis of the results of experimental investigation and a project that affects primary school children's health.

Jsou uvedeny zvláštnosti charakterizující mladší školní věk a podmínky přirozených kontaktů dětí se světem přírody. V práci je uveden soubor her s různými materiály podporujícími rozvoj smyslového poznávání u dětí mladšího školního věku, které byly ověřeny a zhodnoceny v empirické části práce. ABSTRACT: In the theoretical part of this work I was paid the most concise summary of scientific findings on the general theme of creativity and its separation from various angles. In the practical part, I then conducted research with Torranceho creativity tests, which aimed to identify and record the progress and development of creativity in a selected sample of students in primary school, which has been for four months, targeted action. Hypothesis only visible shift in receptive students has not been confirmed. Better test results were found for most students. It surpassed my expectations. Targeted activities for pupils and proved to be a suitable way of developing creativity.
Comparing the eating habits of selected groups of elementary school children in the Czech Republic and Denmark

This thesis deals with nutrition and diet, especially at a young age. The aim of this thesis is to investigate and compare the dietary habits of selected pupils from the Czech Republic and Denmark. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the basic elements of nutrition, proper eating and water intake, general nutritional recommendations for children and adults, and nutrition of children. In addition the theoretical part of the thesis is focused on a catering in the Czech Republic and Denmark. The practical part contains results of a research concentrated on eating habits of a selected group of school children in the Czech Republic and Denmark. As a method of data collection was chosen the written form of an anonymous questionnaire. As part of the survey were compared to partial aspects of eating. These were mainly the consumption of fruits, vegetables, sweets, soft drinks, dairy products and fast food. The survey shows that a selected group of Danish children in selected aspects eat better. A group of Danish children consume more vegetables and fruits and consume more whole grain dark bread instead of light. In contrast, a group of Czech children consume more sweets and drink more soft drinks. Daily diet Czechs and Danes are very different. The survey...
