The goal of the bachelor thesis is to create proposal of stock management optimization in the chosen company. The first part is focused on the stock theory dealing with function, classification, costs, pricing, modern methods of stock management, models, systems and strategies. The second part is focused on the stock management analysis in the company. The stock is subjected to the ABC analysis and then devided into three groups. For the selected inventories of the Group A the EOQ model is used and optimal values are calculated. These values are compared to the actual values. Finally, according to the comparation, the proposal of stock management optimization is created.
