This bachelor thesis deals with changes in social security with focus on health insurance. The thesis is divided into two parts, literary review and practical part. In literary review is described social security with its current legislation and there are also described basic terms of sickness and health insurance. Practical part, at first, deals with calculations of wage refund and sickness benefit of employees and with their comparison using current legislation. Another calculation is dealing with issues of sickness benefit of self-employed person and comparison of results with employees.

Vliv pěstitelských postupů na škodlivost plevelů v polních plodinách

The thesis is aimed to determinate the harmfulness of weeds in spring barley by using different technologies of tillage. The weed infestatiton was evaluated in 2015 (Ivanovice na Hané, beet production area). Plants were grown in three crop rotatiton with different part of cereals namely 33,3 %, 50 % and 66,6 %. For each crop rotation was used four variants of tillage. Two of them constituted the conventional tillage with ploughing in depth of 0,22 m and 0,15 m. In the next variant was used plate tools, which substited ploughing and the last variant was represented by sowing to unprocessed soil. The evaluation was made by numerical method. There was found out that the highest value of potential loss of yield has ploughing in depth of 0,22 m in crop rotation with 33,3 % of cereals. The lowest potential loss of yield was found out within a direct sowing in crop rotation with 50 % of cereals.

Model building: Park of the TGM Hodonín Hospital The bachelor thesis is focused on the characteristics of garden-architectural work of the author of the model object Bohdan Wagner. Literary sources and historical documents related to the given issue and to the model object were collected. Their study, analysis and analysis interpreted the origin and development of the model object. The field survey was focused on finding out the current state of the model object. Vegetation elements were identified in detail. Based on the obtained information, the authenticity of vegetation elements was evaluated. The aim was based on the evaluation of surveys and analyzes to develop a monumental plan for the restoration of the model building.
