After short hindsight to an important historical period of Czech foklish culture I recommend proper literature which helps teachers to upgrade the lessons of the Folk dance. I am dealing with an allocation of folk songs and dances according to the regions and dance folklore according to the ethnographic areas. I describe the principals of Folk dance as it is taught at the Primary Art Schools, I mention the dance subject matter for the classes in the intermediate period of progress and methodical order during the teaching of the particular dances. At the end of this thesis I describe the teacher´s attitude to the students with emphasis on the issues of the motivation and concentration during the education.
Folk Dances of Bohemia, Moravia, Silesia : Comparison of Dance Steps
Tomášková, Lucie ; Vurmová, Marie (advisor) ; Velínská, Eva (referee)
My bachelor thesis is focused on a comparison of dance steps and elements of selected folklore regions of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. Given pithiness work touches on four areas - central and eastern Bohemia, Lachian and Wallachia. Only marginally are given references to other areas. Each region is characterized by a number of its typical features for yourself. The most important factors are: geographical location of the region's natural conditions that characterize it and the way of life of the territory.
