The study was focused on motivation, remuneration, trainer's education and competencies across different coach levels. We tried to find-out the influence of degree of education on coaches' opinion on current sport training issues. Part of the study was to collect the satisfaction feedback of participants about training courses organized by FTVS UK (Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of the Charles University in Prague). Methods: Questionnaire-based evaluation was carry-out in 2007-9 during educational courses on FTVS. Overall data from 601 coaches representing 29 sport branches were compiled. The Questionnaire designed by Svoboda (1997) and already used in previous examinations was applied. Results: A major shift rurned-up compared to previous researches regarding coaches' opinion on financial rewards for the trainer's job.
