The issue of juvenile criminal justice

of the thesis This thesis describes some of the problems that criminal law and criminal justice over children and teens has to challenge. All the problems come from the fact that childhood and adolescence are special periods of time with characteristics that are very different from those of adulthood. Among the other ones, the susceptibility is especially accented, pointing out that children and teens rather easily, in contrast to adults, fall for criminal career. Criminal law generally does not offer applicable rules for concerned age groups due to the fact that legislator is aware of the issue as well as the necessity of a special legislation for juvenils only. In the first chapter, there is a basic description of problems. One of the main problems criminal law and justice over youth have is a need for special responsibility conditions, as general law is too severe towards youth. Second problem is the problem of labelling (or stigmatization) that occurs frequently as a consequence of a criminal action. Another thing is that family often fails its nurturant duty to children and teens. Then the government must assume responsibility for education and care of them. The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of rainfall-runoff processes and erosion characteristics of selected catchment in different landscape management. This analysis was solved at the Lukavecký brook catchment, which is located in the Pelhřimov district in Vysočina region. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the rainfall-runoff process and then focuses more on individual processes. It also characterizes water erosion, its consequences, forms and erosion control. At the end of the theoretical part are described methods of calculation of water runoff and water erosion. The practical part describes the catchment of the Lukavecký brook, its characteristics of natural conditions and the threat of water erosion. Then there is a procedure for processing of bases and data in the program ArcGIS. Subsequently, it includes an assessment of the different measures and changes in the type of land to drain water from the catchment and erosion threat.

The bachelor thesis focuses on specially protected areas in the Czech Republic, the situation in the world is also mentioned. These areas are enshrined in our legislation and they are one of the most important tools for nature and landscape protection. Specially protected areas are set up on natural or aesthetically important localities with remarkable or important biological diversity, with a unique geological structure, characterizing landscape features of cultural landscape and on territories important for scientific research. They are divided into different categories that determine the degree of protection in the announced territory. The aim of the specially protected areas is to safeguard, maintain and improve the extant state of the locality, or left the area its spontaneous evolution.
