Community rejection of low threshold services for drug users in Prague

This paper focuses on the topic of low-threshold centers for drug users in the context of NIMBY attitudes, which refers to the resistance of local communities to the placement of these centers in their neighborhoods. Prague is currently struggling with a lack of these services, which despite the urgency of the situation, remains unresolved. This paper seeks to understand the relations between NIMBY attitudes and such centers and the impact these attitudes have. It also reveals other factors that influence their operations. Finally, the paper defines the main issues of these centers and proposes possible solutions. These goals were achieved through a multiple-case study of the Drop In and Progressive centers, which involved interviews with their managers. Media research was conducted to gain insight into the situation from other parties involved. It was found that the Drop In center does not face any disturbances, while the other was closed due to disturbances by its residents that reached the political level. The main factor causing troubles was the volume of clients in the area, which disrupted peace and safety. Podnícení zralosti jablek účinkem exogenního etylenu

The theoretical part was described by Golden Delicious variety. This part of the thesis describes the material composition of apple, ripe apples qualitative disaggregation into individual groups. Attention was paid to the effect of ethylene on ripening apples and development.It has also described the climacteric types of fruit and the process of their maturation. In the first experimental part, I followed the harvest maturity fruit varieties Golden Delicious. In the second part of the experiment I followed the criteria specified I during storage in the two different temperatures and at 2 ° C and 20 ° C for treatment with exogenous ethylene. During storage were observed in terms of maturity, which was based on objective measurement. Measurements included pulp strength, the starch content, total acidity and soluble solids, as well as the production of ethylene and carbon dioxide.

Efficiency control in volleyball cadet team \\

Diploma thesis deals with the control of efficiency of volleyball cadet team. Thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and experimental. Theoretical part summarizes the characterization of volleyball game, the performance of player in match, the locomotive abilities and the locomotive performance tests. Experimental part consists of testing and results processing with graphical outputs. Testing object was volleyball cadet team VSK Český Krumlov. Testing methodology contained eight tests of special locomotive performance which predicate mainly speed, force and dexterity abilities. Results were compared with average values of cadets from the whole Czech Republic, statistically processed and interpreted.

Transition from tax records to limited liability company

The diploma thesis deals with the transfer of natural person enterprise to limited liability company provided that the individual entrepreneuer keep tax records. The thesis defines the basic characteristics of individual entrepreneuer and limited liability company in terms of legal, accounting and tax. There is also a comparison of advantages and disadvantages of both forms of business. The main part of thesis deals with the possibilities of transition of individual entrepreneuer keeping tax records to limited liability company. Specifically this part defines the sale of the enterprise, enterprise deposit and the transfer of property in parts -- again in terms of legal, accounting and tax. At the conclusion theoretical knowledge is applied to a specific example.

Bakalářská práce na téma "Účetní zobrazení leasingu podle IFRS" se zabývá především základními principy uvedenými v Mezinárodních standardech účetního výkaznictví IFRS, které se vztahují na účetní vykazování leasingu. Práce obsahuje také obecnou charakteristiku leasingu a stručné shrnutí základních rozdílů v pojetí leasingu podle českých účetních předpisů a podle IFRS.
