System of human resource management in selected organization

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the human resource management system both from theoretical and practical point of view. The first part of the diploma thesis is devoted to literary research, which is focused on explanation of basic concepts and all personnel activities. The practical part contains an assessment of the current state of the organization. Required information was obtained through a questionnaire survey and an interview with the HR manager. The final part of the diploma thesis is devoted to proposals, which should contribute to the improvement of the current situation in the organization.

Motivation of human resources in the organization
 VYHNALOVÁ, Aneta
The bachelor thesis is focused on human resources in the organization, especially their motivation and stimulation. The chosen organization is the fourth largest bank in the Czech Republic called UniCreditBank, namely a customer centre with a residence in the Region of South Bohemia. To obtain data needed for the research, anonymous question sheets are used. The result of appropriately selected questionnaires is information used for the analysis of the situation in the chosen organization. Methods used for the motivation are based on an interview with the manager. The work clearly shows, that every person is motivated by something different, and that the applied methods have a different impact on each employee. The work concludes with general proposals for an improvement of a motivation in the organisation.
