Hodnocení vitality travních porostů v městském parku Koliště

During the vegetation period of 2018, grass areas in the Koliště Municipal Park in Brno were monitored in order to verify the effect of the selected maintenance management on their condition. Two experimental habitats were selected in the park according to the type of maintenance, namely mulched grass and mowed with harvesting. The data and results show that mulching has a positive effect on grassland quality. The unsuitable height of mowing in the mowed grass was negatively affected by the appearance and health of the grass area.

Zahrada podle Feng Shui

The aim of this work was to highlight the fact that traditional Chinese learning Feng Shui can become part of our approach to life. If we address the individual space around us, we can benefit to our health and overall well being. With reference to historical facts, the basic principles were processed of Feng Shui in the garden. For our domestic conditions, specific proposals were submitted which are suitable for the establishment or modification of the garden. In compliance with the fundamental principles of Feng Shui, the benefit to human beings and its surroundings were described.

Appraisement of a family house

This bachelor thesis deals with the appraisement of family houses. Real estate market and appraised properties are in the mikroregion Lipno. In the introductory part is described what is the real estate market, valid legislative and basic terms on appraisement and properties. Then there are described methods and approaches based on the market principle and the price regulation. Furthermore the thesis describes the kind of people who appraise properties, experts and appraisers belong amongst them. The begining of the practical part describes the real estate market in Lipno region. The purchase prices and estimated prices of family houses in Prachatice and Český Krumlov regions are compared. The result of the comparison is that higher demand for real estates is in Český Krumlov region. The fact that in Český Krumlov region is higher number of family houses transfer salso supports this result. Then there is described selected family house which is situated in Černá v Pošumaví in Český Krumlov region. Family house is appraised with comparative, value and cost methods.
