The diploma thesis is focuses on Pricing policy of enterprise producing pipe fittings. The main goal of the thesis was to formulate recommendations on pricing policy by the company VAG s.r.o., one of the most important companies operating on the Czech market in connection with the analysis of the market environment. The theoretical part of the thesis described market structures in general, water management, methods of selected analyses – Porter analysis of five driving forces and SWOT analyses, types of pricing policy, cost and calculations. The practical part contains an analysis of the market environment of the water industry in the Czech Republic, price calculations for selected types of products and sales vol-umes of the selected company. In conclusion of the thesis are described sugges-tions and recommendations for possible pricing policy.

Uhrincová, K. The proposed amendments to incentive system rewarding em-ployees benefits MP Krásno, as, in relation to the tax implications. Bachelor thesis.Brno. 2013. This thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits. In the first part of my thesis I will deal with the individual remuneration of employees and employee benefits in general. Furthermore, their work will be devoted to their legislation, individual risks and benefits for employees and employers. In the practical part we analyse existing employee benefits in the company and consider their level of tax deductibility. After assembly, proposed a new remu-neration system and at the conclusion of their work is performed by evaluating each type of remuneration from the tax and social terms.
