Toms, Denis ; Tsivos, Konstantinos (advisor) ; Šípová, Pavlína (referee)
This thesis focuses on the topic of CzechoslovakGreek relations in the interwar period, specifically between 19181936. The political relations will stand in focus and will be put in the context of the international relations development. The first part is devoted to the initial event, the Paris Peace Conference, which determined the future development of international relations in the interwar period. The second part will be devoted to the beginnings of the diplomatic relations between both states. That part contains also short biographies of selected Czechoslovak ambassador in Athens. In the next part the international relations in the 20s of the 20th century will be analysed, while special emphasis will be put on the position of both states in the international system. The subsequent part has the same structure as the previous one, but that part will be focused on the international relations in 30s of 20th century. The last part offers the analysis of the economic relations between both states during the whole interwar period of 19181936. The economic relations represent very significant aspect of the bilateral relations between both states and for that reason the whole special passage will be devoted to that problem.
