The aim of this project was to design a townhouse on the waterfront in Přerov. The location is near the center of a town. It is four storied building without cellar. The house is consist of public services (it means café and library) and housing. Parking is situated in the court. The house has a living court for inhabitants occasion.
WATER+TOWN AQUADOMOS river story

The result of design is architectural and urban design of unused area in Brno - Pisárky. This area was own by Water works company Brno. The area is situated next to the river Svratka. New research, information and exhibition center is designed on this place. The whole design was created in the context of river Svratka. The building which was designed there is called Aquadomos. This building consists of free pavilions. Each has a different use. The middle one contains main entrance, multipurpose recture halls, exhibitions areas, cash desk, information point and cafe. The largest pavilion contains exhibition area which is devided into six parts. The smallest pavilion which is situated close to the river contains administration department and laboratories. The external form, shape of building, is inspirated by river, waves, shape of landscape. Park is designed in the rest of parcel. In the park there are terraces to the river for easy access closer to the river Svratka. One of the main idea was to bring life closer to the river, to rediscover river in the structure of Brno.
Inertial measurement unit for road parameter measurment

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the measurement of road unevenness. Inertial measurement unit (IMU) is an electronic device that provides information about acceleration and space orientation thanks to combination of gyroscopes and accelerators. IMU is a basic component of all inertial measurement systems that are used to transport measurement. Roadways with different surfaces were tested for verification of this device. The aim of this thesis is the description of work with inertial measurement unit as well as description of measurement and its performance, evaluation and verification of IMU usage for analysis of road unevenness. At the end there are some recommendations for improvement.
Potential Therapeutic Targets in Drug-Resistant CML .

The therapy of common haematological malignancy chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) has dramatically improved patient prognosis upon approval of selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) imanitib. However, subset of patients develops resistance to imanitib, which limits its therapeutic potential. We derived imatinib resistant CML-T1 human cell line by a long term increase of imatinib concentration in growth media. We have compared the protein expression profiles of the imatinib resistant and imatinib sensitive CML-T1 cells using proteomic analysis by 2DE. We have identified 11 differentially expressed proteins in the resistant cell line by MALDI MS. Na+ /H+ exchange regulatory cofactor (NHERF1) was significantly upregulated in the resistant cells, as confirmed by western blotting. Protein NHERF1 contains interactive binding domains known to be involved in regulation of Wnt signaling. We have uncovered dysregulation in expression levels of proteins involved in Wnt signaling in resistant CML-T1 cells, such as upregulation of Dishevelled 3 (Dvl3) and downregulation of transcription factor NFAT. Phosphatase calcineurin activates NFAT by dephosphorylation, causing subsequential NFAT translocation to the nucleus.
