Teichman, Ondřej. Formulation of corporate strategy and recommendations for the first years. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor's thesis deals with the presentation of some approaches to the compilation of strategies for company management and the subsequent description of one of them, including the description of recommendations that should be followed when these strategies are creating and implemented. Furthermore, this thesis deals with a brief description of the company that will enter the Czech real estate investment market, its analysis using SLEPT and Porter's five forces analysis, which are subsequently summarized in a SWOT analysis. These analyzes are the basis for the subsequent formulation of the strategy for this company according to the approach to the formulation of strategies described by Keřkovský and Vykypěl. Subsequently, recommendations are formulated for this company for the first years of its operation on the market.
