The strengthening prosocial behavior in preschool children
TRUSÍKOVÁ, Tereza
The bachelor thesis focuses on building up pro-social behaviour of preschool age children by using games and activities with pro-social aims. Theoretical part deals with terms such as pro-social behaviour, psycho-sociological development of preschool age children, child play and importance of nursery school which influences development of children's pro-social behaviour. Practical part is focused on development and strengthening pro-social behaviour of preschool age children via ten games and activities with pro-social themes. The aim of such games is to develop children's empathy, communicative skills, cooperation, relationship bonds and own feeling recognition. Appropriate activities were found in various pre-school age oriented methodologies. Attention was also paid to distinctive individuals and their behaviour within group activities and games. For research study, an action research method was chosen. Other methods used were interview and observation.
