Marketing strategy of the company Haas Fertigbau on the foreign markets

The main aim of this thesis is an introduction of the company Haas Fertigbau, which is concerned with construction of wooden houses and after that making of a marketing strategy. This thesis is diveded into three main parts. In the first part of this thesis is analyzed the current situation of the timber industry and of the building. These two fields that like every others were affected by the global economic crisis. In the next part it is introduced a parent company Haas Fertigbau and afterwards there is in great detail described the company Haas Fertigbau based in Chanovice. In the last chapter there is a practical part of this thesis. It contains a partial approximation of the current marketing strategy, a proposal for a comprehensive marketing strategy and a number of recommendations which could be an inspiration for the company into the future.
Comparison of the organizational culture on the example of Česká pošta and Slovenská pošta.

This bachelor thesis is concentrated on the organizational culture in the companies Česká pošta, s.p. and Slovenská pošta, a.s. It is focused in the definitions of important concepts in the sphere of culture and in the subsequent description of particular elements of organizational culture, which are specified in descriptive cases of the post companies. This bachelor thesis has an aim to compare organizational culture in both companies and in case of Česká pošta also to find out the current state of its organizational culture and then to suggest improvements.
