Zařazení pšenice s purpurovým perikarpem do krmné směsi nosnic v první fázi snášky
Straňáková, Lucie
The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the inclusion of wheat with purple pericarp into feed mixture of laying hens in the first phase of the laying period to 38. weeks of age. It was examined whether wheat with a higher content of anthocyanins positively or negatively affects the performance parameters of laying hens and quality of eggs. In the research we used a total of 30 laying hens of hybrid combination Isa Brown at the beginning of the laying cycle from 19. weeks of age. Laying hens were divided into two groups. The feed mixture of laying hens of the experimental group included wheat with purple pericarp RU 687-12 with a higher content of anthocyanins. For the feeding of the control group was used the feed mixture, which contained the ordinary wheat variety Bohemia with a low content of anthocyanins. In the framework of the experiment was monitored egg-laying, food consumption and was assessed the quality of the eggs. The obtained data were statistically evaluated and the results of the experiment show that the control group evinced significantly (P<0,05) higher egg laying. Moreover, there was also statistically proven (P<0,05) higher feed consumption per hen and day. Research of the qualitative analysis of the eggs shows that control group had statistically conclusive (P<0,05) higher weight of eggs. The lenght of the egg was (P<0,05) in the control group. All other monitored parameters were statistically inconclusive. The results of the conducted experiment show that wheat RU 687-12 with a higher content of anthocyanins is not recommended to use in compound feed for laying hens at the beginning of the laying cycle, as it negatively affects their utility property and the eggs quality.
Preference boxové řady v závislosti na aktuální mléčné užitkovosti dojnic českého strakatého skotu
Straňáková, Lucie
The aim of the thesis was to determine the preference box series depending on the current milk yield of dairy cows Czech Fleckvieh. Monitoring was focused on summer and winter periods. Between the milk performance parameters were included: milk yield (kg), the order of lactation (n) and the phase of lactation (days). Behavioral symptoms were concentrated on the preference box series, standing, lying for lying of dairy cows, then the preference to the left and right side when lying down (laterality). The subject of observation was 1. Each half of the barn contains 109 boxes distributed in two rows. Series 1 - the closest to the perimeter wall (n = 57 boxes); Series 2 - closer to the feeding table (n = 52 boxes). Current information about the daily yield, the order of the day and stage of lactation were examined by using a central computer connected to the milking parlor. The data was processed according to common mathematical and statistical methods and analyzed using the Chi-square test in programme Statistica 10.0. Dairy cows with yielding above 25 kg milk significantly range occupied the series of boxes, located closer to the perimeter wall than the range specified feeding table (p <0.01). For cows with the yield of 25, 1 to 30 kg of milk were also found conclusive preference left side while resting (p <0.05). Furthermore, it was found that the order of lactation had a statistically high influence on the preference box series. A number of dairy cows on the 1 most occupied the second lactation. Dairy cows on the sixth and later lactation these series have attained at least. Dairy cows with a lactation phase of 20-60 days, they collected the most for its variety of relaxation closest perimeter wall. For other cows were preference in filling two rows of the same.
