Sobotová, S. The influence of service quality factors on the visitors loyalty in the Liptov and Tatras regions. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University. 2021. The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the level of influence of destination quality factors on the loyalty of visitors in the mountain regions of Liptov and Tatras. In addition, the work examines the satisfaction of visitors with quality factors in the summer and winter seasons. These are then compared with the importance of the same factors. Marketing research was used to obtain primary data using a questionnaire survey. The data were then evaluated using IPA analysis and multiple regression analysis.

Zhodnotenie kvality cestovného ruchu v regióne Liptov

Sobotová, S. The evaluation of quality of tourism in Liptov region. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel university, 2019. The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of quality of tourism in the region of Liptov. The theoretical part deals with the issues of tou-rism, rural tourism, factors influencing tourism. In the next part, the problems of the destination such as its quality and its assessment and the possibilities of its evaluation are mentioned. The practical part describes the selective, localization and realization factors of the Liptov region. The marketing survey was conducted between visitors to the region as well as local residents. On the basis of the survey done to explore regional quality factors, we have found which factors are well-satisfied and witch areas need a change. For the factors with low satisfacion and rating, suggestions for improvement in the area were created.
