Bachelor’s thesis deals with marketing research of customer satisfaction language school In-Virtute. It describes how to design a marketing survey questionnaires, implementation and analysis of information. On the basis of an assessment conducted by opinion research clients, processes the proposal improving the perception of the company, its customers, which should lead to increased customer satisfaction and to improve services. Thesis describes a series of recommendations to improve the performance of the school to students, and become more customer-oriented.

The aim of the bachelor thesis Zoological gardens and landscaping architecture is to evaluate the approaches of contemporary design in zoos. And introducing of the examples to make the public understand, that these are not places, where they meet animals in captivity, but there are a places of peace and green areas in the cities. The goal of the work is to show, that each zoo has its own concept and its own way of vegetation adjustments in outdoor expositions and relaxation spots for visitors. It is also objective to show that each zoo is focused on a particular species composition of reared animals and has its professional mission. An outdoor exposure for giant pandas was designed in the architectural part of bachelor thesis.
Deciding factors for child placement in a Montessori kindergarten

This thesis deals with the search of motives that lead parents to search for alternative pre-school facilities for their child. In particular, in kindergarten Vlasim. In the theory section I describe Montessori pedagogy but I also mention the foundress Maria Montessori. In the next chapter I introduce the blue Montessori classroom in the kindergarten Vorlina. In later chapter, I address motivation as a psychological phenomenon. This section concludes a description of used methodology which is a qualitative research conducted by semi-structured interviews. In the implementation section, I analyse data gained from particular respondents using coding and categorization. Upon this knowledge is built a particular analytical story. In conclusion of this study, I sum up the results of this research.
