Legal consequences of agreements interfering with economic competition

This work presented here, named "Legal consequences of agreements interfering with economic competition" seeks to answer several questions, that are dealt with in five sections. Principal notions are explained in first three chapters. The core of the work is found in chapters four and five. The first part describes the competition policy in general. Precise definition of Competiton doesn't actually exist. In practice the economic-viewed interpretation is mostly used. It is a very dynamic process, which, as history shows us, needs for its effective functioning not only to be secured by fundamental freedoms, but also needs a framework of strict rules of law. These boundaries are established by the Competition Law. This branch of law overlaps both the Public law and Private law. My work addresses ontly the part of the Competition Law that depicts protective methods concerning anti-competitive agreements and its violations. Regarding the applicable law sources needs to be examined within the frame of the membership of the Czech Republic in European Union. Project Management Evaluation in Selected Company

The goal of this master's thesis "Project Management Evaluation in Selected Company" is to evaluate project management in the conditions of concrete Czech software company. The theoretical part is aimed at individual aspects of project management and activities connected to it. The practical part is aimed at information gained from questionnaire surveys and interviews with clients and company employees. These pieces of information are further analyzed using maturity model. Based on the gained results, the set of recommendations and suggestions are proposed to the director in order to improve the project management in the company. These concrete suggestions will become basis for future management decisions of the company.
The employee care

This bachelor thesis focuses in the theoretical part on various types of labour conditions. The occupational safety and hygiene, the employee development and education are defined in the next chapters. One of the chapters deals with in the modern question of the environmental care. At the end of the theoretical part, there is a much more space for the question of the employee appraisal, their motivation and control of wages -- monetary, nonmonetary and within the scope of regulatory requirements. At the beginning of the operative part, the small company MagicWare s.r.o., engaged in creation of the software applications, is introduced. The theoretical knowledge from the theoretical part is applied to this company in the next chapters. In other chapters there is assessed the employee care right in this firm. The practical part is concluded by a recommendation to the company how to improve the strategy of employee care.
