Laser Welded Rail ZnNi Coating Adhesive Strength Evaluation

The aim of this bachelor thesis is drafting and testing of methods for evaluation of adhesive strength ZnNi coating on laser welded rail. In individual parts is descriped function of common rail system focusing on high pressure tray – rail. Then are described several methods for evaluation of adhesive strength. Theree methods are selected to testing on rail. The experimental part describe the resutls of this tests and modifications for better results. In the last is chosen one method with best results and is complied draft of specification for this method.

This bachelor´s thesis offer basic overview about today´s Rapid Prototyping technologies, their principles and possibilities of usage in automotive industry. It is aimed on the description of each method, explanation of function, depicting advantages and disadvantages For each individual case there are some real examples of usage RP technology in automotive industry. One part shows practical process of producing part by FDM. At the end is mentioned a possible development of this technology in future and her widening in automotive industry.

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na řešení problému praskání těsnících kuželů na tělesech railů při zkoušce dlouhodobé životnosti pomocí pulzního vysokotlakého testu. Hlavní částí je analýza vlivu těsnících zátek na namáhání těsnícího kuželu s následným návrhem nové zátky, která bude tvořit stejné nebo podobné zatížení všech komponent při pulzním testu jako vysokotlaká trubka, která se používá v sériové produkci. Další částí je ověření vlastností nové zátky pomocí vysokotlakého pulzního testu.
Development of Laser Welded Common Rail with Radial Connected Pressure Sensor (RPS)

This dissertation deals with a development of a laser welded common rail with a radially attached RPS sensor of pressure. The new concept required by Bosch Diesel s.r.o. Jihlava should be more modifiable and it should be easily integrated with the engine compartment. In this dissertation I suggested a number of concepts that I further analysed, verified in appropriate software, developed, and finally narrowed the selection down to the most suitable solution, which is recommended and justified in the conclusion.
