	Employment contract and the establishment of an employment relationship Sekalová, Martina ; Štangová, Věra (advisor) ; Vysokajová, Margerita (referee) 1 Employment contract and the establishment of an employment relationship Abstract This diploma thesis deals with an employment contract and the establishment of an employment relationship. The aim is to provide a comprehensive outlook on the issue of employment contract and the establishment of an employment relationship, analyze the current legislative framework including the case law and point out some challenges regarding the application in practice. The thesis is divided into four main chapters that are further segmented. The first chapter provides a basic overview of the labor law, its function, and position within the legal framework. Next, it analyzes the relationship between the labor law and the civil law post recodification, labor law relationships, and their basic principles and the dependent work as a subject matter of the individual employment relationship. The second chapter is devoted to an employment contract. It first analyzes the process before the employment relationship is established. Next, it deals with the establishment of the employment relationship itself, appointment and the issue of the so-called factual employment relationship. 	The realization of common facilities in landscape planning in selected areas of Tábor district SEKALOVÁ, Martina The realization of common facilities in landscape planning was evaluated in three areas of Tábor district: Sudoměřice near Tábor, Prudice and Libějice. Realization of landscape planning had been completed in these areas nine years before the evaluation. The evaluation consisted of detailed analysis of common facilities in landscape planning project and their comparison with current realized situation. A special emphasis was given to reconstructed and newly constructed elements and to neglected elements in landscape planning. The results were conveyed to tables and graphs that inform about a proportion of realized and unrealized elements and point out that the proportion of realized facilities was insufficient. 	The influence of KPÚ on the degree of ÚSES realization in selected extensively used agricultural parts of South Bohemian region SEKALOVÁ, Martina The present study deals with evaluation of complex land adjustments on ecological stability of an extensively used agricultural area. The study was made in Prasetín area (district Tábor). Following given parameters a comparison of initial, projected and real situation was made. Afterwards, the area was surveyed in detail in order to compare projected and real situation. The comparison revealed significant changes in a web of ecosystem stability function before and after land adjustment. By a zonation method the landscape was divided into geoecological sites that were integrated in bioecological zones A, B, C, D.
