Multiband magnetic antenna
Ryšánek, Martin ; Hertl, Ivo (referee) ; Raida, Zbyněk (advisor)
The thesis deals with a parametric analysis of a magnetic multiband antenna and explains the principle of its operation. In the thesis, an optimization of the antenna by the particle swarm optimization is performed in order to meet impedance matching in prescribed frequency bands.
Computing directivity patterns in Comsol Multiphysics
Ryšánek, Martin ; Lukeš, Zbyněk (referee) ; Raida, Zbyněk (advisor)
The individual project – Computing directivity patterns in Comsol Multiphysics. In the first part, the theoretical background for monopole antennas is reviewed. The second part is focused on the analysis of several types of monopoles in COMSOL Multiphysics, and on the calculation of their radiation patterns and impedances. Finally, simulation results are presented and discussed.
Unlawful use of a copyrighted work
Ryšánek, Martin ; Císařová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Wünschová Pujmanová, Alexandra (referee)
- Unauthorized use of copyright works The subject of the thesis is the phenomenon of unauthorized use of copyrighted works according to Czech applicable law having regard to the fact that the Czech law has its basis originating form the international law. Readers are presented with basic definitions in the topic. After that the thesis presents legal titles authorizing the use of copyrighted works. And finally, for those cases where these authorizing titles are absent, the thesis lists the basic liabilities, which might arise because of unauthorized use of copyrighted works. The thesis also includes some thoughts on confrontation of the Czech copyright law with the new civil code. It outlines some possible conceptual changes, which the new civil code might affect. Finally, the author briefly comments on the topic of current issues of unauthorized use of copyrighted works in the broader context. It is contemplated whether the current applicable legislation of the use of copyrighted works reflects the social reality and whether this legislation is set up appropriately. To support possible evaluation, readers are confronted with some selected alternative (so called academic) models.
1919 Local Elections in Czechoslovakia Cinsidering Previous Administrative Development
Ryšánek, Martin ; Just, Petr (advisor) ; Polinec, Martin (referee)
The bachelor thesis presents establishment of municipalities and municipal elections including their results from 1919 in Czechoslovakia which were held only in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. Both elections and establishment of municipalities are described in relation to the previous historical and administrative development, therefore the first part of the thesis analyzes the establishment of municipalities and development of the municipal suffrage in the Habsburg monarchy. The introductory historical excursion is be followed by the year 1919. The new Czechoslovak government had two options, either to take over Austrian administration, or build up their own. The first option mentioned was chosen. Thus the establishment of municipalities was amended and the new elections act was enacted. The background of political bargaining concerning those two acts is described. After both legal acts are presented the work focuses on elections themselves and electoral system, which had undergone a shift of principles to those more democratic. It was caused by greater influence of socialist politicians on national politics and generally by the establishment of the new state - Czechoslovakia - along with its ideological framework. The actual elections results are presented as possible at local level and then at...
