Hodnocení efektivnosti plánované investice v REKLAMA KUBÍČEK spol. s r.o.

This thesis is focused on the issue of investment decision making. A comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency of an investment project of the selected manufacturing company provides a possible procedure for deciding whether to accept or reject the project in the pre-investment phase. The work includes an assessment of non-cash and monetary efficiency criteria and a brief financial analysis of the company. Within the monetary efficiency of the investment, dynamic methods are used, namely the net present value, complemented by the internal yield percentage, the profitability index and the discounted return time. The result is a reasoned recommendation to accept the investment.
