A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a polytrauma patient

Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a polytrauma patient Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a case report of a patient after polytrauma during continuous professional practice in ON Kladno, to summarize the theoretical knowledge in relation to the patient's diagnosis and the use of specific physiotherapeutic procedures. Methods: The thesis is divided into theoretical part and case study. The general part contains theoretical knowledge about polytrauma, anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint obtained by the method of research. Furthermore, the types of fractures and their classification, bone healing, osteosynthesis and the procedure of subsequent rehabilitation of the patient after osteosynthesis are described. A special section is devoted to the complete case report of the patient, including the initial kinesiological analysis, the daily record of therapeutic units and the output kinesiological analysis.
