The energy active house

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of energy active house. The emphasis is on the technical and functional solution of the house. Generally characterizes the possibilities of energy active house. The individual chapters describe the main assumptions of the house and briefly defined other types of energy-efficient buildings. Next chapters are about the heat source for hot water and heating, electrical supply and ventilation, when attention is paid to the physical nature, the functional and practical use. The thesis describes importance of heat pumps, solar systems, biomass boilers and controlled ventilation with heat recovery. Finally, it describes the general economic and ecological assessment of energy active house.
Zero energy house

The third chapter highlights the environmental aspects of sustainable development. The next chapter brings us economic benefits and the return of the zero house in future. Finally, it describes the growing potential for energy-efficient buildings.
