Author: Kristýna Regentová Supervisor: PhDr. Ivana Vláčilová, Ph.D. Title: Case Study of a Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Cervicobrachial Syndrome Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to obtain and elaborate the theoretical and methodological background in the field of cervicobrachial syndrome and their subsequent use in the rehabilitation of patients with this diagnosis and to develop a case report, which includes examination, therapy design and implementation of therapy. Methods: The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is the general part, which introduces the reader to the anatomy of the cervical spine and the cervicobrachial syndrome, describing its definition, clinical picture, aetiology, epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment. Physiotherapy for this diagnosis is also included. The second part is the special part, which contains a case report from the Fakultní Thomayerova nemocnice in the period from January 8 to February 2, 2024. The case report includes the history, initial kinesiological analysis, physiotherapy plan, course of therapy, initial kinesiological analysis and evaluation of the effect of therapy.
