Možnosti on-line spojení extrakce a chromatografie v analýze složitých vzorků

In this study, on-line methodologies have been developed both for liquid and solid food samples. For liquid samples, microporous membrane liquid-liquid extraction (MMLLE) has been combined on-line with gas chromatography (GC). This MMLLE-GC method has been applied for the determination of pesticides in wine and water. The method has been extended to the analysis of solid samples as well, by combining a pressurised hot water extraction (PHWE) to the MMLLE-GC system. The PHWE-MMLLE-GC has been applied for the analysis of pesticides in grapes. For thermally labile analytes, on-line combination of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and liquid chromatography has been constructed and it has been applied for the analysis of lycopene in fruits.
