The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of a project for the realization of a multifunctional residential building in Třemošnice. It is a five-storey building with one underground and four above-ground floors. It is a detached building set in gently sloping terrain. The underground level is used as a mass garage and there are bicycle storage room and the building´s technical facilities. The first three floors fulfil the function for housing and there are a total of 10 housing units (1x1+kk, 3x2+kk, 4x3+kk, 2x4+kk). The fourth floor has a café with an outdoor terrace. Vertical supporting structures in the above-ground floors are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks, the underground part has supporting walls and columns of reinforced concrete. Horizontal supporting structures consist of reinforced concrete monolithic plates. The foundation is a foundation board, only the base strips are designed at the door. The roofing of the building is designed as a flat vegetation extensive roof. The terrace in the 4NP is also designed as a single-sheathed flat roof with a layer of wood-plastic planks. The whole object is insulated with the contact insulation system ETICS. The design also includes thermal engineering assessment, acoustic assessment, sun assessment and fire safety solution.
