The market value of a business corporation as a factor for future decision-making by the owner

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of a corporation for the purpose of choosing an alternative to maintain the owner's regular financial income or to ochieve a one-off income from the sale of this business corporation. The chosen company was MADETA a. S. The DCF method was chosen for the award. The characteristics of the selected company, the strategic and financial analysis, the value generators and the financial plan are processed. All this was used to determine the market value of the corporate corporation as of December 31, 2015. In the end of the thesis, the alternative of maintaining the owner's regular financial income or a one-off income from the sale is evaluated.

This thesis entitled "Transformation through Trade. The pioneers of the New Eastern Policy in the 50s and 60s." examines the efforts of the German entrerpreneurs during the Cold War to revive trade relations with the Sowjetunion and to the states within its sphere of power. Because Europe was divided politically into two antagonistic systems, and due to the embargo imposed on West Germany by the Allied Powers, the entrepreneurs encountered extreme difficulties in their attemps to renew trade. The determined efforts of the economic diplomats, which were fundamental in creating conditions for the new eastern policy, reached their peak in 1970 when the Gas Pipeline Deal was concluded. Evaluation of Consumer Loans from Non-banking Companies

The theoretical part of this work shows a short description of basic terms used in the area of consumer loans and multi-criteria decision making methods. The practical part analyzes the market of consumer loans in Czech non-banking companies. The thesis describes selected non-banking institutions and credit products which they offer. This information is summarized in table for better clarity. The aim of the practical part is to choose an optimal consumer loan for the specific client on the basis of his requirements. For the evaluation are used two methods of multi criteria decision making. The conclusion of the thesis aims to resume the advantages and disadvantages of loans in non-banking companies and compare them with bank loans.
