Payroll accounting

Diploma thesis deals with payroll accounting in terms of labor law, health, social security and payroll taxes. The aim is to show how the wage is calculated with respect to the current legislation in 2014 and to clarify what influences the amount of net monthly income of employees. An important part of this work is to compare the calculation of wages of Slovak and Czech employees and analysis of the differences in their net income.

This bachelors thesis deals with utilization of corporate information systems as the tool of leading the enterprise resources and information security of all ongoing processes. We should comprehend ERP as a conception for solution of corporate information systems that enables access to its data and functions at real time. I am focusing on knowledge about ICT solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, especially on solutions of the SAP provider. I am dealing with their basic setup and functions and in the practical part I am confronting the theoretic knowledge with the real usage of these solutions in processes of concrete enterprise
