The Annunciation of Birth of Jesus According to the Luka ́s Gospel in Italián Renaissance and Baroque Painting

The subjekt of this paper, The Annunciation of Birth of Jesus According to the Luka ́s Gospel in Italián Renaissance and Baroque Painting, tries to present a whole view of the Gospel text and its artistic interpretations in two different periods. In the same time, this paper offers a historical survey and show how changes in the artistic presentation depend on changes in the society. Changes had influences on the artistic presentation of the teme of Annunciation. In the first step the present work comments on the gospel text of Annunciation of the birth of Jesus. In the second step in describes main historical events in the period between 14th and 17th century, as well as changes in the society, church and arts. On that basa then the paper carefully interprets four Italian renaissance painting of Annunciation by Fra Filippo Lippi, Lenonardo da Vinci, Tizian and Tintoretto, and two Italián baroque paintings by Caravaggio and Orazio Gentileschi. My goal was to demonstrant how people face death, which is ultimatem definite for everybody, from the beginning. What helped people before and what can help them to design deth. Where they can source strength from. Every religion shares the opinion that people can influence their deth and thein future after deth through the attitude they have to life. It turns out that every religion place emphasis on every human being to live properly and honestly because all his acts has an impact on his deth and the future of his soul after the demise of the body. But emphasis i salso placed on how human cares about deth during early life since he can better realize, where his values are, whether he only exists or lives a full life.
