Návrh přípravy učitele na výuku odborného předmětu a praktické terénní cvičení
Polách, Vojtěch
Careful preparation of the teacher for the teaching unit, both theoretical and practical, is an important element of the teacher’s work and is essential for the teacher’s success and the benefit of his students. This work is intended primarily for beginning teachers who do not yet have much experience and therefore thorough preparation is all the more important for them. The aim of the work was to describe the issue of teacher’s preparation for teaching a specialized subject and the proposal of preparation for teaching units and field exercises. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical basis of teacher training and the practical part offers detailed proposals for the preparation of two teaching units of the course Environment and preparation for field exercises in this course. Methods of analysis, comparison and synthesis of theoretical knowledge of the obtained cited sources were used for the elaboration of the theoretical part. In the practical part, the knowledge from the theoretical part was used for the preparation of the topics of individual lessons, and appropriate scientific resources were used. Open, kind, friendly, but consistent attitude of the author towards students and various methods used to design preparation for lessons and field exercises can be an inspiration for other young teachers. However, the author adds that each teacher has a unique personality and style, which also changes and develops with new experiences and so each preparation will naturally always be different.
Variation of glomalin content in the Czech soils and the relationships to the chemical soil characteristics and climatic regions
Polách, Vojtěch ; Patra, Sneha ; Klem, Karel
Glomalin is being investigated as a substance that improves soil quality, the resistance of soil aggregates and play a role in carbon sequestration. This study is the first nationwide survey of the glomalin content in the soil. Soil samples were collected from 181 locations in the Czech Republic to describe the variability of glomalin content in the soils of the Czech Republic and its dependence on soil chemical properties and climatic area. Sodium citrate buffer was used to extract easily extractable glomalin (EEG), and the glomalin concentration was determined spectrophotometrically. The soil glomalin content correlates most with the ratio of humic and fulvic acids. Moreover, the interrelation between glomalin content and climatic regions was also observed. The content of glomalin decreases from the warmest regions to the coldest. We also compared the glomalin content among different soil types groups and found out that the lowest glomalin content was found in Entic Podzols and Gleysols. On the contrary, the highest glomalin content was found in Vertisols, Phaeozems and Luvisols.
Problematika zalesňování zemědělské půdy a růstové podmínky pro pavlovnii z aspektu fyzikálních půdních vlastností
Polách, Vojtěch
The aim of the work was to analyze the issue of agricultural land a orestation by fast-growing trees and to explore the soil environment in relation to the ecological and growth demands of the Paulownia in terms of soil physical properties. The subject of the work was the area of the plantation on agricultural land with the planting of Paulownia (clone in vitro 112) from the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 near the village of Střelice u Brna. Data gathering was focused on the physical properties of soil in terms of water and air mode and compaction. The basic soil chemistry obtained data will be given for the evaluation of growth conditions. The resulting data were statistically evaluated and the results were presented using appropriately designed tables and graphs. The charts were supplemented with comments and evaluated. The results revealed suitability of researched soil environment of aspect of chemism while the physical properties became evidently insu?cient. In addition to soil environment also the climatic conditions were found critical for Paulownia planting. Although the climatic data collection was not direct subject of this research I found – on the base of ?eld investigation – I can state their unsuitainability for Paulownia cultivation due to frost threat.
Profilová charakteristika vybraných pozemků v katastru obce Bystřice nad Pernštejnem - Domanínek
Polách, Vojtěch
This bachelor thesis deals with the profile characteristics of selected soil types in cadastral area Bystřice nad Pernštejnem - Domanínek. Soil pits were dug up in July 2012 on four different locations and physical and chemical characteristics od diagnostic horizons were analysed. This work evaluates laboratory findings and compares them with previous results od soil surveys in are of interest ani in the whole Czech Republic. Soil profiles were described in detail and consequently determined according to the Taxonomic classification system of soils of the Czech Republic. Following soil types were determined: Cambisol (soil pits 1, 2 and 4), Luvisol (soil pit 3). According to the analyses results the soils are acidic, humus quality and quantity are low. As for values of bulk density and porosity the soil mostly compacted.
