The development of new axial tools with edges of various cutting materials on defined diameters for the machining of precision and high-precision openings
Dostál, Martin ; Plíšek, Jiří (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (advisor)
The first part of work provides definition of basic parameters of accuracy, quality of machined surface and accuracy requirements for the holes. Further work includes a description of the reamers and drills according to the technological, material, geometrical and structural aspects. Subsequently is described range of the largest drills and reamers manufacturers, focusing on a combination of different cutting materials. The practical part contains the development of high-precision drill, which takes advantages of combining two following cutting materials hard metal and cermet.
Cermets
Kontšek, Marián ; Plíšek, Jiří (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (advisor)
The main motive and objective of this work is to summarize and supplement informations related to materials of cutting tools, particularly cermets, their chemical, physical and mechanical properties of the latest knowledge of current trends and offer of these cutting materials. In more detail will be discussed especially reamers of cermets.
Resistance of Sintered Carbides against Thermal Crack Spreading
Smrž, Peter ; Plíšek, Jiří (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (advisor)
This thesis aims to compare the relationship of physical-mechanical properties of tool materials made of WC-Co sintered carbides with their resistance to initiation and propagation of thermal cracks. The paper presents the results of testing the basic physical-mechanical properties of the three samples sintered carbides with different percentage of Co binder. Next, this thesis describes the progress and results of quench experiment and cutting tests using, which was described resistance of the tested samples to thermal and mechanical shock, depending on the values of physical-mechanical properties.
Integrity surface at reaming with modern reaming head MT3
Havlík, Luboš ; Plíšek, Jiří (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (advisor)
The Masters thesis is focused on surface integrity at reaming with high productive reaming head MT3 made by HAM-FINAL. Theoretical part of thesis aims at analyse of the most frequently evalueted surface integrity parametrs and its possible influence on functional performance of machined components. Next theoretical parts are aimed at reaming process, reaming tools characteristics, detailed reaming head MT3 characteristics and its aplication in company Sauer Danfoss. The aim of experimetal part of thesis is surface integrity of holes reamed MT3 during its tool life evalation.
Application reamers with cermet cutting edge and PVD rating
Lučaník, Aleš ; Plíšek, Jiří (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (advisor)
The introductory part of this bachelor´s thesis provides definitions of basic accuracy parameters, quality of machined surface and requirements on accu- racy of holes. Further work describe the current technical level of available reaming tools of global manufacturers in terms of technological aspects, tool materials, tool geometry and the main structural elements. The final part deals with designing, implementing and evaluating an experimental verification of usable properties of prototypes newly developed reaming tools in collaboration with the company HAM-FINAL.
Application reamers with cermet cutting edge
Toman, Martin ; Plíšek, Jiří (referee) ; Kouřil, Karel (advisor)
This thesis deals with the technology of reaming aimed mainly on cermet reamers. In the introduction of the thesis, the basic parameters of precision, dimension tolerance, geometrical tolerance and surface roughness are shown. Also, the technology of reaming, parameters, geometry and sorting of the reaming tools is analyzed in depth. The overview of the world producers of reaming tools is also shown as a supplement. In the final part, an example of production optimization by replacing a reamer with a better performing one is shown. Experimental part of this thesis has been made in the cooperation with HAM-FINAL company.
Novel stationary phases in HPLC for the analysis of biologically active compounds - determination of vitamine E
Plíšek, Jiří ; Solich, Petr (advisor) ; Šatínský, Dalibor (referee)
Bc. Jiří Plíšek, 2008 Application of technology new stationary phases in HPLC analysis of biologically active compounds - determination of vitamin E (Abstract) The aim of my graduation thesis was to find the acceptable stationary phase for pretreatment of biological material [blood plasma] and isolation of vitamin E (α-tocopherol) by SPE technique and subsequent determination by HPLC analysis by using the developed method. LLE was then altered by SPE. I used vitamin A (retinol) as standard for my own work, because there is a possibility that the simultaneous determination of both vitamins for the laboratory GMK FN HK will be an advantageous combination. The main emphasis was put on vitamin E. Sample preparation - optimized SPE procedure: Blood samples were drawn from the peripheral vein after twelve hours of overnight fast. The samples were then centrifuged (1600×g, 10 min, 4řC) and plasma was separated. Then 250 μl of plasma was added and deproteinized by absolute ethanol (625 μl, 10 min, 4řC). After centrifugation (1600×g, 15 min, 4řC), the supernatant was separated and applied on the SPE column. Before application of the sample, the SPE column was activated by 1 ml methanol and then washed by 1 ml of purified water. After application of the sample the precipitate was diluted in 625 μl of absolute...
Using of separation methods in clinical research
Plíšek, Jiří ; Solich, Petr (advisor) ; Šatínský, Dalibor (referee) ; Friedecký, David (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Analytical Chemistry Candidate: Mgr. Jiří Plíšek Supervisor: prof. RNDr. Petr Solich, CSc. Supervisor specialist: assoc. prof. RNDr. Dagmar Solichová, Ph.D. Title of dissertation thesis: Using of separation methods in clinical research This thesis is devoted to development and validation of new LC methods for the determination of biologically active substances, specifically a fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin A, E and D) and theirs metabolites. Vitamins are essential micronutrients which cannot be synthesized by human organism with the exception of steroid hormone precursor of vitamin D. Vitamins are involved in biochemical processes of organism directly or as coenzymes. Interest in the clinical monitoring of these substances is increasing constantly over the last years. It needs to use modern instrumental techniques such as the UHPLC coupled with MS detection for the determination of vitamin D metabolites (25-hydroxy vitamin D3 and 25-hydroxy vitamin D2) due to their low concentrations in serum. The use of classical liquid chromatography with diode array detection is suitable in case of monitoring of levels of vitamin A (retinol) and E (α-tocopherol) in breast milk and vitamin E (α- tocopherol) in red blood cell...
