Three-phase inverter for high-speed induction motor
Pinďák, Michal ; Knobloch, Jan (referee) ; Procházka, Petr (advisor)
The goal of this master´s thesis is primarily the theoretical analysis of three-phase inverters and subsequent familiarization of the reader with their detailed practical structure. The first part is devoted to the general definition of the power semiconductor converter as such. The following part describes the principle of three-phase pulse width modulation including the widely used principle of scalar control of induction motors. The second half of the thesis is already focused on the practical design of a three-phase inverter for a 50 kW high-speed induction motor. This section explains the problem of sizing and selecting all of the sub-elements of the inverter based on the parameters specified by the end user of the device.
Multipurpose power supply for electroplating system
Pinďák, Michal ; Vorel, Pavel (referee) ; Procházka, Petr (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is the practical proposal of the multipurpose power supply for the electroplating system. The individual technological processes of electroplating, for which the parameters of the source have to be adapted, are presented in the theoretical part. This part includes the entire division of pulse DC/DC converters without a transformer from the aspect of working quadrants and finally the ways of their controlling. There is also introduced the analysis of parameters of the presumed DC power supply XP Power HDS3000PS60. The conclusion of the thesis is focused on the entire proposal of converter wiring, its construction and subsequent commissioning through the software LabVIEW.
Three-Phase Inverter For High-Speed Induction Motor
Pinďák, Michal
The aim of this project is to design a three-phase inverter for high speed induction motor. Nowadays, inverters are one of the most used devices for the torque and the rotational speed regulation of synchronous or induction motors. The main principle of these devices is frequency and voltage amplitude change by PWM modulation on the output. By this simple principle, we could keep a really good energy efficiency about 95 %. The article shows all basic structural parts of device, their parameters and the purpose of their use.
Multipurpose electroplating power supply
Pinďák, Michal
The aim of this project is to design a four-quadrant bridge converter which could be used even for a galvanizing bath power supply. Nowadays the electroplating is one of the most used methods for surface treatment to all sorts of metal components, especially in electrotechnic industry. The article shows all basic structual parts of device, their parameters and the purpose of their use. The structure of an inverter control is implemented by program called LabVIEW.
