Antioxidační aktivity okřehku Lemna minor L. v abiotickém stresu
Petrovičová, Jana
Persistent organic pollutants and pesticides have on plants generally injurious effect. The aim of this bachelor thesis was monitoring and evaluating the impact of concentrations (0.5 mg / l and 5 mg / l) flurochloridone and fluoranthene on plants of duckweed (Lemna minor L.). From the morphological view were observed changes of appearance and growth of plants of duckweed. It was found flurochloridone considerable influence on plants. From the physiological view, were observed the influence to biological membranes - measurement of malonyldialdehyde content using spectrophotometry and influence on the degree of stress in plants - abscisic acid determination by radioimmunoassay. At the 4th day of cultivation on these xenobiotic have all experimental variants increased abscisic acid content different from controls. While malonyldialdehyd as a marker of stress caused damage to lipids varied in terms of quantity of individual variants unevenly.
Dynamic model of production scheduling of UNIKOV
Petrovičová, Jana ; Pelikán, Jan (advisor) ; Fábry, Jan (referee)
The objective of this thesis is to present the basics of production scheduling problems for workstations and to create an application of dynamic model. This application should help the UNIKOV company to produce similar schedules for their own operations. The theoretical part provides a brief description of terms and characteristics of the scheduling problems. Detailed characteristics are provided on the open shop problem - the task applied on the real world example. The paper then follows with a practical part, covering an explanation of the heuristics model written in VBA for MS Excel, allowing dynamic expansion and management of the production.
