Apartment building
Paulová, Iva ; Pilinszki, Martin (referee) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The proposed detached apartment building is located on a plot in the cadastre unit of Maloměřice (612499) in Brno. The new building respects the street line of the neighboring buildings. The building is designed as three-storey and has a rectangular floor plan. On the first floor there is a common background of the house and two garages with separate entrances. The stacking parking system is chosen to save parking space in cities. The construction of the stacking system, built into the building, is sunk into the terrain. Each garage has a parking space for 4 cars. On the second floor there are 3 residential units and 3 cubicles. On the third floor there are 2 residential units and 2 cubicles. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from ceramic blocks and reinforced concrete columns. In the underground part, there is a construction pit made of hydraulic concrete and foundation strips made of plain concrete. The ceiling structure, two-armed and three-armed staircase are made of reinforced concrete, monolithic. The contact thermal insulation system ensures thermal insulation of the building. A single-skin flat roof with sloping wedges ensures rainwater drainage.

The horizontal load-bearing structures and the two-armed staircases are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The contact thermal insulation system ensures thermal insulation of the building. The building is roofed in two levels with a warm flat roof.
