Faktory kvality služeb ve vinařské destinaci z pohledu poptávky

The bachelor thesis is focused on the quality of services of the wine destination from the perspective of demand. The aim of the thesis is to find out through the evaluation of the questionnaire survey important factors influencing the visitors in perceiving the quality of services and determining the degree of their importance in wine destination. The partial objective is to find out how satisfied and loyal the visitors to the defined wine destination are. The literature review deals with the issues of tourism, tourism services and wine tourism. Based on the results of primary research, recommendations are suggested for service providers of the wine destination.
