Účinek dělené aplikace dusíku na výnosové a kvalitativní parametry silážní kukuřice
Pajl, Jaroslav
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out in a one-year small land parcel vegetation experiment the yield reaction of maize (Zea mays L.) varieties LG 30.220 and LG 31.233 on split nitrogen application. In addition to the yield, the fertilizer effect on the quality of silage maize was investigated. The experiment was based on the experimental station in Vatín, nitrogen was applied in 4 variants: var. 1 - without fertilizing, var. 2 - 150 kg.ha-1 when sowing, var. 3 - 50 kg.ha-1 when sowing and 100 kg.ha-1 in phase V8, var. 4 - 100 kg.ha-1 for sowing and 50 kg.ha-1 for V8 phase. Inorganic plant analyzes characterizing the influence of fertilization on maize growth and development were made from plant withdrawals on 6 June 2016 and 17 July 2016. After harvest following indicators were evaluated such as green harvest yield, dry substance yield, dry matter yield, NEL value and organic matter digestibility. Hybrid factors and nitrogen fertilization were positively reflected in the yield of corn green. The probative effect of split nitrogen application was demonstrated only on dry mass production of hybrid LG 30.220. The dry matter of maize harvested, the digestibility of organic matter and the net energy for lactation did not differ significantly among the hybrids studied. From the monitored qualitative parameters, only the digestibility of the organic matter was significantly affected by the split nitrogen application.
Uplatnění vybraných forem zinku při mimokořenové výživě kukuřice

This thesis deals with the influence of foliar application of selected forms of zinc on the yield and quality of corn grain (Zea mays L.). The issue was dealt with in the form of a small-plot vegetation experiment on the landfill site in Žabčice. Zinc was applied in the 6-8 leaf phase in three forms of ZnO, ZnSO4 and Zn-EDTA at doses of 100, 250 and 500 g.ha-1 in each of them. A zinc-free variant was used as a control. In the course of vegetation (14 days after fertilizer application (20 June 2018)) and after harvesting, an inorganic analysis of the plants (Zn content) was carried out, NDVI and NDRE index were determined during vegetation. After harvest, the yield, starch content and weight of a thousand seeds were determined. Zinc fertilization proved to be (p≤0.05) affected by the zinc content during vegetation, but had no effect on NDVI and NDRE index. Grain yield was positively influenced, although no proven zinc effect was demonstrated. WTS and starch content in the grain were neither demonstrably affected nor significantly different from control. Zinc content in the grain was not significantly affected, but zinc fertilization was positive.
