Padalikova, S. Marketing communication focused on the recruitment of employees of the sales department. Diploma thesis Thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2021. The diploma thesis deals with marketing communication of companies in the recruitment in the field of trade and sales. Within the thesis, advertisements for job positions related to the selected field were examined. Furthermore, interviews were conducted by HR specialists (n = 11), where the view of companies was captured, for example, in the requirements for applicants, current marketing communication of companies, placement of job advertisements, etc. The thesis also included the collection of primary data from potential job seekers in the selected field (n = 103). Finally, all the information obtained was compared, which identified the view of marketing communication in the recruitment from the perspective of companies and from the perspective of candidates for employment. The aim of this thesis was to determine the recommendations for marketing communication of companies during recruitment. The identified recommendations were also compared with the HR trends in the world. Among the recommendations that flow from the achieved results can be pointed out, for example, eliminating the lack of clarity of advertisements or ensuring the promotion of corporate culture.
Využitelnost nástrojů online marketingu v malém podniku

The bachelor thesis Usability of Online Marketing Tools in a Small Company is focused on problems of online marketing tools in smaller company with limited budget for its online marketing. The paper consists of two main parts - the first theoretical part concerning the view of traditional marketing and its tools as well as on online marketing and its benefits and the second practical part dealing with an introduction of Google AdWords, its provisioning and setup. Moreover, the sec-ond section the company MOTO HOBBY, where the Google AdWords campaign is implemented, is presented. Within the conclusion of the thesis the question whether the advertising campaign is beneficial for MOTO HOBBY despite its limited budget is raised and analysed. Further, the recommendations about the utilization of the Google AdWords and the investment into the tool are added.
