The trumpet from the second part of the 19th century

In this Master thesis is reported a summary of the most important czech and foreign composers who was writing metody books and solos pieces for trumpet from the second part of 19th century to the present. A substantial part of this Master thesis will be devotet to Czech composers.
Significant school method for the trumpet and their contribution to solving the problems of trumpet playing

In this Master Thesis is reported a summary of the most important school methods for trumpet, together with details of their authors. There are described the lives of Jean - Baptiste Arban, Herbert Lincoln Clarke, Charles Colin, Claude Gordon and Jaroslav Kolar. The next chapter describes the three most important methodological books by J. B Arban and H. L. Clarke and these books are discussed in detail. In these analyzes are the views of the authors, together with detailed descriptions and tips which are transferred to student by exercises. These exercises are focused on different aspects which are associated with the trumpet playing. (technique, lips flexibilities, correct breathing).
