Rewarding System of Employees in a Specific Organization

This bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of employees in an enterprise. Remuneration is one of the most important, but the most expensive incentives for doing business. The company therefore needs to strike a balance between employee satisfaction and business prosperity. Based on the wage system, used in the enterprise, the work further describes the effect of wage costs on the economic result. The practical part deals with the analysis of the payroll system in the enterprise and examines the impact of the current payroll system on the final profit or loss. The work finds out the payroll system through a questionnaire survey, wage cost observations and economic outcome and internal company materials. The result is the newly proposed compensation scheme for employees and its impact on the costs and economic outcome of the selected business entity.
