THE ABSTRACT Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of farmacology and toxicology Candidate: Markéta Oborná Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Jiří Lamka, CSc. Title of diploma thesis: Parasitostatus of mouflon in selected game enclosure-results of monitoring during years 2008-09 The thesis is devoted to monitoring development parazitostatus of mouflon in selected game enclosure Vlkov. In this enclosure occur a combined infection of Dicrocoelium dendriticum and Muellerius capillaris regarding sutaible natural conditions. Larvoscopic examination has showed presence of lungworms M. capillaris and ovoscopic examination has showed presence of trematodes D. dicrocoelium. In present a prevalence of both infection is on the increase against results in last year.
