Design of Monolithic RC Floor Structure

The aim of bachelor thesis is to dimension and assess reinforced concrete floor slab in a typical storey of multi-purpose building at the ultimate limit state I. The slab is locally supported by reinforced concrete columns and restraint around the perimeter. To address the internal forces is used computing software NEXIS and obtained values are verified using the summation of moments method. Floor slab is reinforced by flexural longitudinal load-bearing reinforcement and around columns is placed shear reinforcement against slab extrusion by column. By calculation is shown that structure meet the resistance to bending and the extrusion. The thesis also includes drawing documentation of proposed solution.

Design of prestressed bridge structure

Diploma thesis deals with design of a road bridge over Husí potok in Hladké Životice. The supporting structure of the bridge is designed in three variants, one of which is selected variant post-tensioned slabs. To address the internal forces is used computing software Scia Engineer. In the structural analysis of the bridge structure is assessed at the ultimate limit state and serviceability by European standards – Eurocodes. For chosen variant is prepared drawing documentation and visualization.

In the application part, I elaborate a business plan for the development of a mobile application in the form of a written business plan including all key analyzes and methods. The most important parts of the plan include a detailed financial plan, a marketing plan, and a risk plan.

Trematodes of family Opecoelidae in Central Part of Svalbard

This study provides results of morphological analyses of material from fishes Myoxocephalus scorpius and Gymnocanthus tricuspis from Svalbard. Adult of Podocotyle atomon were studied using carmine stain and scanning electron microscopy. During fieldtrip on Svalbard experimental infection of intermediate host Amphipoda in the natural environment was documented.
