Mathematization of real-life situations at basic school
OPAVOVÁ, Michaela
The main aim of this diploma thesis on the Mathematization of real-life situations at basic school is to elaborate a set of solved application tasks. Application tasks are relatively small in textbooks, textbooks mostly deal with the classical tasks of accurate and standard assignment that lead to solutions using a particular subject. Teachers often hear the question from the pupils: "Why do I have to learn when I will never need it?" As a response, it is just the application tasks that matter in terms of mathematics for practice. These are tasks of a more complex nature, where at least basic knowledge of mathematics is needed to solve them. They lead pupils to solve the problem in more than one way, often led by accompanying questions, depending on the situation. In the thesis are solved problems from more than one area, as long as they are tasks of general nature occurring in textbooks or areas related to the business environment, individual transport, financial literacy to tasks from the environment of geometry. In total, the work contains 15 solved tasks and in the end, research is carried out how pupils can solve the tasks of application character.
Differential equations with GeoGebra
OPAVOVÁ, Michaela
The main aim of this bachelor thesis called Differential equations with GeoGebra is to create a transparent collection of solved examples. Examples are numerically solved first, followed by their graphic interpretation by using mathematical program GeoGebra. Illustrations show us interesting solutions of examples. Another objective is to introduce students the program GeoGebra as a tool through which you can elegantly solve the example. The work is divided into three chapters, which deal with the basic type of differential equations, the method of separation of variables and linear differential equations with constant coefficients and zero right side. They are shown of the basic theory and then resolved examples. In These chapters are selected types of examples which meets student in Mathematical Analysis III. Therefore, this collection is useful as a study material for students of mathematical disciplines.
