This diploma thesis deals with the interest of visitors and existence organic viticulture and environmentally friendly accommodation in the Pálava region. Apart terms organic viticulture and environmentally friendly accommodations possibilities of subsidies and ways of certification are also defined. Wine and organic food market in the Czech Republic, marketing and operating of the winery company is also described in the thesis. Another part of the thesis is processing of the questionnaire and it´s statistical evaluation linked to the basic and specific criteria. The outcome of the thesis is identification of environmentally friendly accommodation and organic viticulture, understanding of the visitor´s interests and opinions of these subjects, their functioning and outcomes.

Vzdělávací význam naučných stezek v Chráněné krajinné oblasti Pálava

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of educational importace of nature trails in the Pálava protected landscape area on a concrete example of Archeostezka. It focuses on the importance of nature trails equipment, rules and funds available for their establishment. As part of the process is questionnaire survey and following statistical evaluation using various criteria. The practical outcome of this thesis is to describe the profile of visitors and their knowledge before and after the completion of nature trail. Space is also devoted to the possible measures leading to the improvement of facilities and promotion of the trails.
