Cooperative Society and it's Significance in the Field of Employment of Handicapped People in the Czech Republic

The thesis deals with poblem of handicapped people in the Czech Republic and their employment in cooperative society of handicapped which seems to be one of opening from their uneasy situation. Authoress tries to introduce the analysis of the problem with regard to valid legislation, available statistics and current available options. Though she does not forget detailed explaination of basic conceptions as unemployment, handicapped people and cooperative society, which she works with and which are principal for the thesis. Considerable attention is paid to excursus to history and development of cooperative society in the Czech Republic aeria. Creating the thesis the authoress tries to point out necessity of existence and constant promotion and strengthen not only social economy but also the whole civic sector, particularly in contemporary globalized society and uneasy time.
